Dr. Cooper uses the innovative methods of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and Active Release Technique (ART) in her practice.

My initial treatment with Dr. Pali Cooper was recommended as an 8-week ‘bridge’ treatment between numerous failed attempts by traditional means (e.g., injections, neurotomy, etc.) to reduce my chronic low back pain. From the moment I walked into her office, Dr. Cooper made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and developed a tailored treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. By the end of my first 8-week treatment, I was already noticing an improvement such that I could cut back on my pain medication, so I requested another 8-weeks to continue my treatment – I have not looked back!

Dr. Cooper uses the innovative methods of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and Active Release Technique (ART) in her practice. She has taught me several strategies and techniques for helping me minimize my back pain between sessions. Most miraculously, I have been able to reduce my use of opiate pain medication to prescribed NSAIDS only after 6 months of weekly treatment. I am exercising regularly and participating more fully in my life now! I’m grateful for Dr. Cooper’s commitment to my healing and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch, comprehensive chiropractic care – especially if you have failed other types of treatment for chronic low back pain. – A.G., October 2023

Dr. Cooper identified the problem and told me that failure was not an option.

I had suffered from ‘golfer’s elbow’ for 15+ years on my right, dominant arm. My once-active lifestyle seemed to disappear as I could no longer throw a baseball, play tennis, golf, etc. The problem and pain worsened to the point where I had trouble cutting bread, closing a car door – even resting my arm on a table. I was treated by sports therapists and sought consultation from an orthopedic surgeon – all with no success. The surgeon told me that my only two options were surgery or steroid shots. The surgery, her said, had a 50% success rate and the steroid shots were for pain relief only, and would be limited to maybe 6 in my lifetime.

A friend suggested I meet with Dr. Cooper for another opinion. She identified the problem and told me that failure was not an option. She pinpointed scar tissue from prior injuries and loosened those affected areas to accelerate my body’s natural healing. After only two visits, my arm was pain free. Six months later, my arm feels fantastic. I have resumed my outdoor pursuits and cannot recommend Dr. Pali Cooper enough! – T. B..

It was truly a miracle! I can’t thank you enough.

[box]I want to thank you so much for your healing hands on the Climb Against Odds event this past week! I know that I could not have reached the summit of Mt. Shasta if you had not worked on my knee. It was truly a miracle! As you know, I could not walk. My knee was swollen twice it’s size and it was extremely tender to the touch. You massaged my knee and worked out all the pain. Eight hours later, I was able to climb to 14,179 feet and back down. Your soothing nature also helped calm me as I was struggling with the idea of not climbing. You truely have a gift of healing. I can’t thank you enough. -P. K.

My physical trainer recommended Dr. Cooper because she had cured my trainer’s chronic neck pain

[box]Dr. Cooper’s task for me was to straighten out my rowing. I took up sculling in my retirement and have always been plagued with a debilitating lack of symmetry in my stroke that caused my rowing to be strained and laborious. The coaching I had received focused on correcting a specific symptom that–when corrected, resulted in the surfacing of a different symptom. The situation was intractable until I met Dr. Cooper. She diagnosed my problem within minutes of watching me row and since working with her I have gained control over my rowing like never before and am moving up to a new level of competence and enjoyment.—D.D.

Pali Cooper is the doctor for whom I am most grateful.
[box]Pali Cooper is the doctor for whom I am most grateful. She renewed my running career when I felt it was over due to a back injury 30 years ago. Since Dr. Cooper has been treating me, I have been pain-free and consistently able to train. I have achieved more goals as a Senior USATF runner than I had ever imagined.  I would not have been able to compete at this level again without Dr. Cooper’s expertise.  This summer I was able to set a world and national mark in two distance relays.  Most recently (Dec. ’08), Dr. Cooper kept me injury free and my team Silver Medaled at the Club Cross-Country Nationals where I was a top scoring member.[/box]
